50% whole bunch. It is wines like this that show just what a fine winemaker Philippe Cheron is. Deep red. This has an expansive sweetness of fruit on the nose that then fills the mouth. It is a three dimensional wine with many layers and interest from the high percentage of beautifully ripe stems. Complex with cherry and graphite. I wrote "this is good!" (with a big exclamation mark).

Mid crimson. Sweet, inviting cherry fruit. The tannins are dry but very very fine so that the fruit flows over them. Juicy, supple and finely dry on the finish, mouth-watering aftertaste. (JH)
