A 1.06 hectare Monopole high on the slope at the very end of the Combe de Lavaux. It is a cool and stony site which makes for a wine of great finesse, generous and opulent with mellow tannins. This premier cru cleverly mixes black fruits with the scent of humus and smoke to compose a voluptuous bouquet. Four to five years in the cellar to blossom.
