Here too moderate though not intrusive oak allows the spicy aromas of pungent earth, plum and underbrush to be appreciated. The velvety, super rich and very suave middle weight plus flavors exude a subtle minerality that adds a bit of lift to the firm, serious and powerful finish. While this robust and somewhat extracted effort should be approachable young it's going to need 10 to 12 years to fully mature. (Drink starting 2026)
