The vineyard dates back to 1903 and since 1975 they have stopped replacing missing vines, so as not to dilute the overall age. Vinification begins with whole bunches which are then removed and destemmed. Deep purple with a sensual velvet bouquet. This is really very lively, there might be a touch of volatile, but the qualities of the wine transcend this. Beautiful crisp length. The velvet touch returns at the finish of this special wine.
