Dense rich purple, just a little touch of prunes, from this hot dry site, as Christophe explains: there are rocks all round the plot, south wind gets in, but the cooler north wind does not. The 2019 Poulettes offers a depth of black fruit, but only so much flesh on the bones. Not too much heat though and there is fair acidity.
