One of the great Grand Cru sites of Corton and usually considered number two after Clos du Roi. The style of wine from Bressandes is a little redder than Clos du Roi with gamy and spice notes over firm but supple tannins.

Darker fruit than the Hautes Mourottes. Rich, black. Savoury, with perfect ripeness. Palate staining intensity with very long sinewy tannins. A classic Corton - still quite backward.
