Pure and bright with light pale green reflexes. Very classy nose, this is just a little bit more generous on the palate, with a seamless texture backed by just the right acidity. A touch more phenolic, and a light creamy touch to the texture.
The 2020 Chassagne-Montrachet Les Chênes has turned out very well. Exhibiting aromas of crisp Anjou pear, fresh peach, warm bread, vanilla pod and citrus zest, it's medium to full-bodied, bright and seamless, with a pretty core of fruit, lively acids and a long, chalky finish.
