This 1 hectare of vines is in the Champs Traversins, which has rather sandy soils and lies in the line of the Combe d'Orveau. Blueberries and bramble pour from the glass while perky acidity pounces on the palate. The tannins are fine and persistent through the generous finish. 2023-40
An intriguing aroma with blueberry fruit, white pepper, and orange zest. Supple and richly textured, with a glossy cruise onto the palate. Quite sumptuous, it develops an exotic, purple aromatic profile on the nicely sustained finish. 2026-35.
