Mid red-purple. Lifted nose of minerally cherries. Juicy red berry fruit backed by racy, citric minerality. Zingy and fresh with excellent length. Medium bodied, clean, lively with a hint of citrus on the finish. Feminine, aromatic and very enticing - a great expression of Pinot from Mercurey. Whilst not the most complex wine in the lineup this is pure, driven and delicious and as such is a great drink.
