A monopole of the domaine, this vineyard has been in the ownership of the family since 1908. This Clos has always been the jewel of the village. In 1507, it was even part of the "Royal Domain". Its name comes from an old burgundian dialect : "boucho" which meant bush, or "bouchure" which was a separation hedge. Its location on the edge of Pommard towards Beaune explains this name. Overlooked to the west by "Le Clos des Mouches", it is surrounded to the south and east by "Les Petits Epenots". Produces a Pommard of great style and intensity.

Sarah Marsh MW "The Burgundy Briefing"

Exuberantly fruity aroma with blueberry lift and darker blackberry with a hint of dried hops. Drenched in ripe fruit on attack. A supple, relaxed and rounded and quite airy palate with light, soft tannins and a fresh finish scented with white pepper. It is the most « delicate » and refined of this flight. From 2023-27.

Beautiful color - ruby red and very bright. Nose of small ripe red fruits which give real density. In the mouth, an attack embossed with the remarkable quality of fruit. The wine shows all its virtues on the finish. Absolute value.
