I created Château Les Graves du Champ des Chails when I took over the family estate called Château Haut Cormier. The name comes from the farms’ location’s name. My father first started the winegrowing activity in 1963, and he passed on the passion of his savoir-faire to me.
Traditional, cold maceration, control of the temperatures, 3 weeks of fermentation. Ageing in cement tanks between 6 and 18 months.
