When my grandmother settled in Fours in 1937, the vineyard covered 2.8 hectares. We’ve come a long way since then! My parents took over from her in 1965, making the most of the rich clay and limestone soil and continuing to expand the vineyard until it covered 15 hectares in 1980.
Traditional. Maceration before fermentation, fermentation during 3 weeks. Ageing during 6 months in cementtanks.
