83% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon. In 1990 Dominique Brimaud purchased the Château Haut Landon. It was the neighbouring estate to his wife's parents, so they decided to combine their vineyards in 1997 when his wife inherited the cellars and 3 hectares of vine from her parents. The vineyard is now 22 hectares.
