Just 1 barrel in 2016. Deeply coloured. Juicy fruits with some underlying minerals and a little dusty spice/wood. Soft and round on the palate but with a long finish.
The Fine Wine Review
5.25 hl/ha here. The nose shows ripe crushed blackberry fruit. The mouth is dense and pure with good structure to support the wild blackberry fruit. If this wine were available in any quantity, it would be a no-brainer.

Deep complexion. Spiced plum on the nose, with blackberry and forest earth tones. Mouthful is rich, inviting, delicious and acidity is fresh. Palate shows blackberry concentrate, mushroom and spice. Nice expression of a black fruited warmer weather red because of its elegant structure and high acidity. Great length, and a serious valued wine that is ready to drink now.
