From vines planted in the 1950s and 1960s. Lighter purple, finer lifted bouquet alpine strawberry and light raspberries, seemingly expression of whole bunch in style without there being any. Sweet cherry at the back and good length.

Aromas of wild raspberry, bramble, button mushroom, red tea and dried violets. Hint of hazelnut. It’s medium-bodied with silky tannins and fresh acidity. Elegant and expressive with long, seamless layers. Subtle. Better from 2023.
