We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
By placing an order via this website, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms & Conditions. Grand Millesime reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, but without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment. If we cannot accept or process your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone. Your ability to purchase products and services from this the website may be terminated at any time by Grand Millesime without notice. The products and services offered for sale are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts.
An email notification will be sent to you, listing the item(s) ordered, the total product and shipping charges, delivery address and shipping carrier, upon receiving your order.
Transactions via the Grand Millesime online store are carried out in Australian dollars (AUS$) and processed through an international banking system. International orders are charged in Australian dollars at the exchange rate of the day. Your final bill will be determined by the exchange rate applied by your payment services provider at the time the charge is recorded, plus any fees applied by your payment services provider.
Delivery costs for Wine, Food and Accessories vary depending on your location. Please refer to Shipping Charges page for more information. We currently only deliver within Australia. Contact us about international orders.

Credit Card payments made by American Express have a 3% surcharge applicable.
Refund and Returns
Grand Millesime will happily exchange any incorrect or damaged item(s) upon notification within 10 days of receiving goods. We will gladly offer a refund for items we are unable to replace.
