Our February Premier Cru Chablis 2018 Dinner at Ocha was a great success. So much so that we have decided to do a Grand Cru Chablis Dinner at the end of March.

We will focus on the 2018 vintage and will drink ten 2018 Grand Cru Chablis from 3 different makers. We will compare vineyards between makers as well as investigate the varying terroirs.

There are some great Pairs including two bottles of Le Clos.

The 2018 section of the dinner will conclude with the very special Domaine Long-Depaquit Chablis Moutonne Grand Cru 2018. This is Chablis’ only Grand Cru Monopole and it is often referred to as the Montrachet of Chablis. As you would expect, it is not a cheap wine so this is a rare opportunity to taste this wonder.

Then to conclude we have a special treat - two different Grand Crus from 2014. We will have tasted the 2018 versions of these wines earlier in the night so it will be interesting to see how the wines change with time in the bottle.

This dinner will also be at Ocha, in the private diniing space. There are only 12 spaces so please book in quickly.
