1.  How are our wines shipped from the Domaine?
All our wines are shipped to Australia in refrigerated containers.

 

2.  How is our wine delivered?
All orders are sent via our logistics company.
Victorian, Sydney Metro & Queensland Metro deliveries are via courier and all other interstate deliveries are via Australia Post.

 

3.  What are the freight costs?
Wine
Mixed or straight cases of 12 bottles are shipped free.
Part cases (11 bottles or less) are shipped at a different cost depending on your location; please click here to view costs.
Food and Accessories
Orders over $250 are shipped free.
Orders under $250 are shipped at a different cost depending on your location; please click here to view costs.

 

4.  What is pre-arrival?
Pre-arrival offers are for wines that are not yet in stock. We have a confirmed order from the Domaine. We offer these wines at a Pre-Delivery Discount Price.
This enables you to buy the wines you want at the very best price.

 

5.  What payment methods we accept?

a.    Credit Card Payment via MasterCard, Visa and AMEX is accepted.

b.    Bpay Pay via BPay. Biller Code :194506 Generic Reference Number: 1000017. Once a Customer has paid via BPay for the first time, you will be sent a NEW reference number to use for all future purchases. BPay is only available for purchases over $50.00 AUD. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within 3 working days.

 

 

6.  Do we wholesale to restaurants and retail stores?
Yes we do. Please send you wholesale enquiries to Darren@grandmillesime.com.au or sales@grandmillesime.com.au

 

7.  How long does it take to ship my order?
Delivery of goods is generally between 14 to 21 days (this may take longer during peak seasons). Pre-Arrival wines will be shipped out once the allocated container has arrived. Go through to our Pre Arrival Schedule here for further information.

 

8.  How often do we ship?
We ship every weekday – Monday to Friday.

 

9.  What if my shipment doesn't arrive or is damaged in transit?
If your goods are damaged in transit, or otherwise incorrect we will be more than happy to offer an replacement. If the items are sold out or unavailable a refund will be given. Please contact sales at sales@grandmillesime.com.au for further instructions.

 

10.Are there any costs/conditions associated with joining the mailing list of Grand Millesime?
There are no costs or conditions involved in being on the mailing list of Grand Millesime. To join you are required only to fill in your email details. You can update your details or remove yourself from the list at any time. Join now and you will soon begin receiving emails based on your interests.

 

11.When can I expect my order?
Wines in stock: Once you have placed your order, delivery will generally take between 2 and 15 days depending on the delivery address. Pre-Arrival Offers: These wines are offered prior to their shipment from France. Delivery will occur once the container arrives. We will provide an estimated delivery date with each offer.

 

12.I've put through my order but want to change my delivery instructions
During checkout you will have the option to put in special delivery instructions. If you have any difficulties please contact us immediately at sales@grandmillesime.com.au.

 

13.I'm not sure if my order went through.
You will receive an email confirmation after you have completed your order. If you do not receive an email please contact us at sales@grandmillesime.com.au.

 

14.How is a case defined?
A case is defined as 12 (mixed or same) 750ml bottles. A case of magnums (1500ml) is 6 bottles. A case of Half Bottles (375ml) is 24 bottles.

 

15.Can I order less than a dozen wines?
Yes, all wines are available by the bottle, but If you order less than 12 bottles, freight charges will apply.
You can order any quantity required. E.g. If you want to order 3 dozen of one type of wine you need to put in the quantity section, 36, as all quantities are listed in units.

 

16.Can I order wines from the showroom on Toorak Rd, South Yarra?
Yes, you may place your order at our showroom

 

17.Can I pick up my order from the showroom on Toorak Rd, South Yarra?
No, all orders are despatched by our logistics company direct your delivery address. We do not hold wine stock at our showroom.

 

18. Corked wine Policy & Procedures

If any bottle of wine that is bought from our online or Toorak Rd Wine store that is found to be corked our policy and procedures are as follows;

  1. The cork and unconsumed wine must be returned within 28 days with proof of purchase to Grand Millesime Wine Store – 21 Toorak Rd, South Yarra Melbourne 3141.
  2. The corks will then be sent to the Domaine for testing, this may take up to 30 days.
  3. If the cork is deemed to be corked we may exchange the wine, if available, or provide a full credit for that wine.

 

If you cannot find what you are looking for, contact us and someone from customer service will answer promptly.
