Just 7 Cases of this outstanding Cotes-du-Rhone left!
Our recent offer for the Mas de Boislauzon Cotes-du-Rhone was incredibly popular. So popular in fact that we are down to the last 7 cases.
So for today and only until these 7 cases sell, we repeat our Mega Pre Arrival Price of just $19.95 per bottle. To qualify for this price you must purchase a Case of 12 Botlles. Order for less than a Case will be at the regular Pre Arrival Price of $24.95 a bottle.
The background:
Just across the appellation border from Mas de Boislauzon's Chateaneuf vineyards lie 15 hectares of vineyards that are classified Cotes-du-Rhone Villages AOC. The soil is the same as in Chateauneuf but in 1936, when the borders were being designated, this area was forest.
This "mini" Chateauneuf-du-Pape (The Rhone Report said the 2010 looked more like Chateaneuf-du-Pape than Cotes-du-Rhone!) is made with the same care and attention as its big brothers. But because it is across the border it costs a fraction of the price.
To encourage you to try the wine we have a super special offer for the weekend. Rather than the usual Pre Arrival Discount of 15% if you order on line you can buy this wine at a Pre Arrival Discount of 31%! The offer closes midnight Sunday 21 April 2013.
Mas de Boislauzon Cotes-du-Rhone Villages 2011
Normal Price $29.00
Pre Arrival Price $24.95 per bottle
Mega Pre Arrival Price 12 Bottle Case $239.40 (=$19.95 a bottle)
The Rhone Report:
Along the same lines, the not yet bottled 2011 Mas de Boislauzon Côtes du Rhône Villages (65% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and the rest Mourvedre and Carignan) is loaded with spice, roasted meats, toast, licorice, and exuberant red and black fruits on the nose. Dense and concentrated for 2011, this medium to full-bodied Côtes du Rhône is ripe, fleshy, and round on the palate, with a friendly feel, excellent freshness, and plenty of tannin structure. It will shine for 5+ years. 88-91 Points

Jocundaz Cotes-du-Rhone Villages Massif d'Uchaux 2009 and 2010
This is another super Cotes-du-Rhone.
We still have 2009 and 2010 availabe in bottle and MAGNUM.
Until 5pm Tuesday 30 April 2013 you can buy these wines at incredible prices.
The 750ml bottles are just $19.95 and the 1500ml Magnums are $39.95
The Rhone Report on 2009:
A seriously impressive Côtes du Rhône, the 2009 Château Simian Côtes du Rhône Villages Massif d'Uchaux Jocundaz, a blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah, delivers a classical array of sweet red fruits, dried garrigue, licorice, spice cabinet, and pepper on the nose. Screaming southern Rhône on the nose, it is every bit as impressive on the palate and possesses a medium+ bodied mouth feel, loads of sweet fruit, and enough acidity and tannic structure to keep it focused and clean on the finish. Well worth seeking out, this should easily continue to impressive for 5-6 years, if not longer. 90 Points
