Morey-Coffinet 2015 Corton Label
93-Point Corton-Charlemagne
It seems since Thibault Morey won Young Winemaker of the Year in 2010 that Domaine Morey-Coffinet has rocketed ever upwards. These days it is the norm to see their wines rated up there with the big boys like Leflaive and Ramonet.
Their vineyard holdings continue to grow which is always a sign of a successful domaine. Recent additions include Corton-Charlemagne and Meursault 1er Cru Les Perrieres.

Today we present the 2015 White Burgundies from Domaine Morey-Coffinet complete with new Burghound Reviews.

The domaine's Premier Cru holdings are strong in Chassagne-Montrachet where their vineyards include Caillerets, La Romanee, Morgeot Fairendes and Blanchots Dessus. They also make stunning Puligny-Montrachet Pucelles and Meursault Perrieres - arguably the finest Premier Cru sites in each commune. On top of that there are their Grand Crus - Batard-Montrachet and Corton-Charlemagne. The domaine is known for having the top vineyards in their portfolio.
