William Fevre: More Tremendous Chablis from 2014
Great Reviews from Burghound, Stephen Tanzer and Tim Atkin MW
Despite residing in the Chablis are for over 250 years it was not until 1959 that the first bottles of Fevre Chablis were bottled.
Today the domaine has expanded to 78 hectares comprised of 80 different parcels including 15.2 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards (the largest owner of Grand Crus).
The average age of vines is between 30 and 60 years and low yields, combined with organic practices, have made William Fevre one of the major names in Chablis.
The new 2014 vintage has arrived and we are delighted to offer an extensive range. In addition there are also some half bottles and the odd Magnum.
If you are a lover of great Chablis these wines are worth grabbing. Ratings are high (numerous 95 Point wines and even some 96 Point wines!). That puts these wines alongside highly priced wines of the Cote d'Or including Sauzet Montrachet and Batard-Montrachet, Niellon Chevalier-Montrachet, Bouchard Chevalier-Montrachet La Cabotte, etc. As well as Raveneau Chablis Le Clos and Valmur!
Quantities are limited and demand is certain to be huge so don't delay.
