NEW! Pol Roger Cuvee Sir Winston Churchill 2004
$295.00 a 750ml Bottle
$609.00 a 1500ml MAGNUM Very Limited

Pol Roger Churchill Label NV lighter Decanter Magazine: Dense grilled nuts nose, backward and youthful, and shows aromatic depth at the expense of immediate charm. The palate is rich, broad, and weighty, very concentrated, achieving a majestic style that's biscuitty and powerful. Although accessible now it will certainly improve with more bottle age that will allow the flavours to unfurl. Long.

Pol Roger Cuvee Sir Winston Churchill 2002

Pol Roger Churchill label
Wine Enthusiast - Roger Voss:
With its gold color and mature, toasty flavors, this is possibly the greatest Winston Churchill ever. It has weight and richness, with a dense, full and rich texture. It's in perfect balance, bringing together maturity and crisper apple and green plum fruit flavors that are cut with lemon. A mineral edge gives a nervy character that will allow this magnificent wine to age further.

Pol Roger Blanc de Blancs 2008
$145.00 a Bottle

Pol Roger BdB Label
Wine Enthusiast - Roger Voss:   Crisply fresh, this full-bodied wine has citrus fruitiness that is followed by hints of toast and honey that are just developing. Well balanced, it's very textured while also fruity, and will develop well in bottle. Drink from 2017 for the more mature flavors to bring their own character to the wine. 94 Points

Pol Roger Rose 2006
$139.00 a Bottle

Pol Roger Rose Label John Gilman View from the Cellar: The 2006 Pol Roger Brut Rosé is comprised of a blend of sixty-five percent pinot noir and thirty-five percent chardonnay, with the customary fifteen percent of the pinot noir made up of still wine. I have always loved the Pol Roger Rosé and the 2006 vintage is another in a long line of excellent releases, wafting from the glass in a blend of blood orange, smoke, caraway seed, chalky minerality and citrus zest. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and quite broad-shouldered in profile, with a rock solid core, refined mousse, a very elegant personality, superb focus and balance, zesty acids and a very long, vinous and complex finish. Great juice. 2014-2035+. 94 Points

The exceptional bouquet wafts from the glass in a blend of pear, apple, warm bread, a nice touch of spice tones, a superb base of chalky minerality and a gentle smoky topnote. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, complex and rock solid at the core, with great focus and balance, very refined, pinpoint bubbles, zesty acids and a very elegant, very long and classy finish. Delamotte BdB 2007
Serious Blanc de Blancs from Salon's Sister House
great champagne is first and foremost a great wine. This is the challenge that drives Maison Delamotte and its sister house, the legendary House of Salon, both of which are located in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of the most prized Grand Cru Villages of the Côté des Blancs.

In 1760, Champagne Delamotte was one of only five Champagne houses in the region. Located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger it is the sister house to the mythical House of Champagne Salon with which it shares the same viticultural, winemaking and management team, both run by Didier Depond.

Vineyard location is the key that guides Delamotte's expression defining the house's elegant, focused style of wine. A house like no other with all its vineyards sourced from the Grands crus of the Côte des Blancs, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Avize and Cramant for chardonnay, Delamotte is one of the very few negociants to cultivate such a passion for the expression of this unique ward of Champagne.

We have both the NV and 2007 Vintage Blanc de Blancs available.

They are worth a serious look!
