Last of the Corton of the Year 2012. A great 2010 at a Super Price!‏

Pavillon Corton 2010

The International Wine Challenge Corton of the Year 2012

Last Bottles. Be quick!

There is no doubt that Corton is on the rise. The quality and drinkability of recent releases is quite stunning. And the nice thing is that the wines are still tremendous value.

The Trophy winning Corton at the International Wine Challenge 2012 was the Domaine du Pavillon Corton Clos des Marechaudes Monopole 2010.

We sold out of these a long time ago but we have just been offered additional bottles from reserve stocks at the domaine. They too are almost gone.

Remember this wine is from the exceptional 2010 vintage. Don't miss it!

Pavillon Marechaudes GC Label

A 0.55 ha walled vineyard that belongs entirely to Domaine du Pavillon (one of the Albert Bichot estates).

Tim Atkin MW: Owned entirely by Albert Bichot, this vineyard produces wines with power and texture. The result is extremely impressive in 2010, showing layer upon layer of sweet, refreshing flavours and none of the occasional Corton coarseness. The wine combines elegance with ripeness and concentration. 95 Points

Gold Medal and Trophy for the best Corton at the International Wine Challenge 2012.

Last of the 2010 Corton Grand Cru Reds

2010 was a brilliant year for Corton Grand Cru Reds.

And not only is the quality superb but the pricing is also very appealing.

A lot of wines have sold out but we do still have a small selection available.

And the way the Australian Dollar is performing these classic wines are soon going to look like incredible bargains.

Now would be a very good time to stock up on wines you can safely cellar for a decade and more.

To view the range of 2010 Corton Grand Cru Reds available click here.

Prices start at just $135.58 for In-Stock wines!
