New Producers, exciting wines...
Over the last twelve months we have added some fantastic new makers to our portfolio. We are always in search of serious Burgundy and I like to find new producers making exceptional wine that have not been discovered by the wine press.
This dinner features wines from seven new producers. A couple of the names will be no doubt be familiar but many of these makers have never been seen in Australia before.

It has been quite some time since our last Aged Burgundy Dinner. Having just returned from France I can tell you that finding serious old bottles has become very difficult and prices have risen tremendously in the last few years.
I managed to purchase a few and combined a number of bottles already on hand I have the makings of a interesting dinner.
