The Fine Wine Review

The yield for this wine is 8.3 hl/ha. So far, there’s been no SO2 added to this wine. The nose and mouth both show red fruits. In the mouth, the wine is long and salty with good density and balance.

Darren Harris

From vines located in Volnay. Just 6 barrels from 1.5 hectares. Crazy low copping of around 8 hl/ha. A ripe, fresh nose with berries and flowers. Serious intensity. Plenty of mid-palate mouth-feel with freshness and a liveliness. Finishes long and deep. A mini Volnay, just as it has been for the previous two vintages we have imported. Very good indeed. Sadly only 20 cases for Australia.
