Darren Harris

Bright red colour. Fresh cherry, raspberry, violet, smoke and ground middle eastern spice on the nose - very similar to past vintages in its aromatic nuances.

Elegant and supple palate. Background notes of liquorice, tar and smoke but the overriding impression is that this is a Cotes-du-Rhone of freshness, minerality and purity. It is not a big wine - the fruit is juicy and vibrant and medium weight.

A great everyday drink.

Gilbert & Gaillard

Clear garnet with youthful tints. Pleasant nose of redcurrant, raspberry jam and a spice touch. Aromatic entry showing lovely natural, precise fruit, some subtle tannins and a touch of garrigue. Very enjoyable.
